Hello, I’m George Bolmida.

I’m a Senior Platform Engineer at dunnhumby where I built and own one of the company’s earliest production AI applications, solo, from prototype to production.

I specialize in taking AI from concept to shipped product. That means:

• AI applications: Agentic architectures with LangGraph and LangChain, from PoC through production rollout
• Model serving: Deploying and serving open-source models at scale with vLLM on Kubernetes
• Full stack infrastructure: Docker builds, Helm charts, Terraform

At dunnhumby I’ve demo’d my work to the CTO and CEO, own the product roadmap for my application, and have multiple business units coming to me to build AI capabilities for their teams.

I co-founded an AI startup (DataCrate) where I led all technical decisions, built prototypes from scratch, and pitched to VCs. Before that I spent about two years at Tangram Flex managing production Kubernetes infrastructure tied to a $95M defense contract.
